Formerly located on Vanderbilt Street, Asahiya has moved into a smaller footprint located at the far end ground floor of a bank building. The manga selection is much smaller and the store no longer seems to cater primarily to an otaku mentality. With the reduction in floor space came a reduction in variety. Massive selection of magazines and "telephone book" serial manga. Store now has a much brighter and modern look. Disappointingly the DVD selection consists of too many American products.
